Sprays
Instructions
Sprays are super easy to make, and a great way to share oils without using a whole bunch. Because of the antimicrobial properties of most essential oils, the sprays help to cleanse, heal, purify... etc. Shake well before use, and spray on affected area, or spray within a room. Because I'm not a huge fan of the smell of vinegar or witch hazel, I often will use just distilled water for sprays. However, vinegar and witch hazel are great to use with room sprays to help purify. When I formulate a spray for my body, I tend to add a little bit of oil (vitamin E, grapeseed or almond oil) to help it "stick" and to increase the viscosity. |
