Raw Live Vegan Lifestyle Defined
Raw live vegan is the purest form of vegan. Raw denotes not cooked, Live denotes enzymes and nutrients still viable, as close to organically fresh picked plant-based produce – from garden to table! Vegan, of course, means nothing from animal but everything plant-based. This diet excludes all food of animal origin and does not cook any of its food above 118 degrees Fahrenheit/48 degrees Celsius. Foods enjoyed are plant-based foods of fruit, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. Limiting, you ask? Hardly – the variety of foods associated with this lifestyle are endless. |
