Since childhood I've wanted to live closer to nature instead of in a house. My curious childhood craving to be closer to the animals and wilderness kept my packed-bag of gear under my bed in case the opportunity arose. Being among trees, flowers and plants always feels calming and harmonious, and is the place I feel most connected to God and in touch with my own body, mind and soul. Hiking on wooded trails or playing in the garden is a refreshing escape from this world’s corruption. Nature is one of God's beautiful creations, and he made it for us. Get out there and PLAY!
And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.”
